Embodied Psychology

Rooted in psychology, Yin Yoga, meditation, and zen buddhism, these experiences use the body as a doorway—not as something to control, but as a place to listen.

The intention is not to master the body, but to move beyond it. The body becomes a gateway to awareness and consciousness. Through movement, stillness, and self-inquiry, we gently loosen what no longer serves us, creating space for greater freedom, peace, connection, and joy.

Workshops

The Yin Way

We've been taught that growth comes through effort. But there is another way. Inspired by Taoist philosophy, this workshop explores patience, trust, softness and allowing. Rather than forcing life to happen, we learn to move with it. Not as passivity, but as balance.

Worthy As You Are — embodied psychology artwork

Worthy As You Are

Beneath perfectionism, people-pleasing, overachieving and self-doubt often lies the same quiet belief: I'm not enough. Through psychology, embodied practices and self-inquiry, we explore the roots of shame and discover something radically different—that our worth was never something we had to earn.

The Wisdom of the Body — embodied psychology artwork

The Wisdom of the Body

Your body knows far more than you might think. Beneath the noise of constant thinking lives an innate intelligence that naturally moves toward balance and healing. Through embodied practices, meditation and gentle inquiry, we learn to listen—and discover that awareness itself can become a powerful force for transformation.

Immersions

Know Thyself

Self-awareness changes everything. Through psychology, guided self-inquiry, journaling, meditation, breathwork and embodied practices, this immersion explores the patterns that shape your life—from core beliefs and defence mechanisms to values and authentic strengths. Rather than giving answers, it helps you develop the ability to ask better questions.

Becoming & Creating — embodied psychology artwork

Becoming & Creating

Life sometimes invites us into uncertain transitions—changing careers, ending relationships or beginning again. This workshop explores purpose, values, creativity and meaningful action, discovering that every project we create also shapes the person we become.

The Chakra Path — embodied psychology artwork

The Chakra Path

The chakra system offers a symbolic map of human development, from our most basic needs to our deepest search for meaning. Using each chakra as a framework for self-exploration, we'll reflect on where we feel grounded, restricted or fully alive, transforming ancient wisdom into practical insight for everyday life.

Classes

Inner Pause

Rest isn't passive. It is one of the most powerful conditions for healing, clarity and inner transformation. Through Restorative Yoga and guided meditation, this class invites your nervous system into deep states of safety, allowing body and mind to settle naturally. In stillness, we don't simply recover from stress—we reconnect with ourselves, creating space for repair, presence and deeper awareness.

The Inner Elements — embodied psychology artwork

The Inner Elements

A series of Yin Yoga classes inspired by the Five Elements of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Each element reflects different qualities of body, mind and emotion. Through long-held postures, mindful awareness and the meridian system, these classes support flexibility, emotional balance and self-understanding. Each practice becomes an invitation to explore yourself through the wisdom of your body.

Safety Within — embodied psychology artwork

Safety Within

Feeling safe isn't simply the absence of danger—it's a state the nervous system can learn. Combining slow movement, breath, mindfulness and nervous system practices, this class helps shift the body out of chronic fight, flight or freeze and into greater regulation, resilience and ease.
